Plot summary
The film follows the surviving members of the G.I. Joe team, led by Roadblock (Johnson), who seek revenge on Cobra for killing most of their comrades and framing them as traitors. They also discover that Zartan (Vosloo), who is impersonating the President of the United States (Pryce), has launched a global nuclear warhead exchange program that will give Cobra total world domination. Along the way, they team up with General Joseph Colton (Willis), the original G.I. Joe, and other allies to stop Cobra's sinister plan.
